Looks like a hideous experiment..

Sam says the items that appear here are, a weather receiver, tape player for playing messages, scanning (touch-tone) decoder, word decoder, and Repeater controller.

Looks like the 2 Meter Station Master antenna on the right side of the tower at the 435' mark.
 
 
These '70s black and whites were found recently by Rick WB9IJW in 2006.

Repeater transmitter and receiver were housed in separate cabinets at the Cable TV tower site.
