Another 'heads up' in a world full of RFI. At our Repeater site this shielded AC power meter radiates strong signals somewhat near our input frequency of 147.930. Behind the shield is a digital display meter. Luckily, emissions do not pose a problem for us at this time.
The stronger signal with a nice tone at 147.850 can be picked up by an HT over 100' away! Is this one of those new meters with a transmitter in it or just a computer signal?
