The club had about 6 whole members attend the planning meeting on the 14th as advertised here on the web site and in the May newsletter.
The meeting was intended on getting participants in sync with what is needed, to make the event happen, times ,etc.
Meeting canceled due to location availability issues, planning issues, and, little apparent interest this year.
Field Day / Picnic.
What happened?
For the last 3 years, we had fantastic support, great turnout, and excellent food for this event. What happened to the support and and interest this year?
No doubt there will be discussion of this when regular meetings resume in the fall.
