As you can see from the angle VHF/UHF beam it's low! Folks are still gathering and bringing goodies to the picnic table. Lunch at noon! City Commissioner Jean Scott can also be seen in the picture witnessing how quickly local Hams can get on the air with a portable station had it been an emergency or disaster.
